Emiline Day Spa Policy

We maintain the right to decline service to the following individuals:

  • Those with a suspected contagious nail condition.

  • Those with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.

  • Those who appear to be in poor health and may be contagious, or whom we

  • believe may be negatively affected by our services.

  • Those who exhibit rude, disrespectful, or unkind behavior.· 

    Guarantee

    We ensure your satisfaction, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, we are

    willing to make the necessary adjustments to meet or exceed your expectations. However, please note that once the service has been provided, we do not offer refunds. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot exchange for cash. As part of our guarantee policy, we offer free repair services for enhancements or gel manicures within three days of your original appointment if they become damaged due to reasons such as chipping, lifting, or becoming loose (excluding breakage or requesting changes in nail polish or shape). Simply give us a call to schedule an appointment for the repair service, and we will takecare of it for you. However, if you had your nails done at a different salon, you will be responsible for paying for the repair service. Traditional (regular) polish services are not guaranteed.

    Existing and New Medical Conditions

    If you schedule your appointment online, please ensure that you complete the disclosure form to inform us of any special conditions you may have. This will help us customize the service to

    meet your needs. Additionally, it’s important to notify both the receptionist and the technician of any changes in your condition each time you book an appointment.

    Children

    We enjoy doing services for children, but unaccompanied children in the salon can be disruptive

    and pose a safety hazard. We use several products that can be harmful if ingested or applied to

    skin that is not protected. Therefore, if you have children who are under the age of 10 and are not receiving services, we kindly ask that you keep them safe or make other arrangements for them care while you are in the salon.

    Cell Phone Usage

    To ensure a relaxing environment for everyone during their services, we kindly request that you beconsiderate of others regarding cell phone usage. Please set your phone to vibrate and use a moderatespeaking tone if you need to take a call. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Punctuality:

    If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please get in touch with a salon coordinator. While we will do our best to complete the service you have booked, we cannot guarantee it if you are more than ten minutes late.

    Personal belongings:

    We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings, such as clothing, jewelry, phones, oraccessories, that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in our salon.

    · Pet:

    Concerning cleanliness and sanitation regulations set by the State Board of Cosmetology, we do not permit pets, except for service animals, in our salon. This policy is in place to protect our clients who may be more susceptible to allergens. Please note that only service dogs with official & vests are allowed, and therapy dogs, emotional support dogs, and companion dogs do not qualify as service animals according to the Washington State Human Rights Commission.
